I Can

Deep in the Pacific Ocean, a group of fish lived happily. They were acting like humans, they went to school, sold and bought things, sang, told jokes, and exchanged conversations.

One day, Mrs Clara gave birth to a fish who is paralysed. She was very sad because he won’t swim and will be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. 

After her son grew up, Clara decided to put Frank (Clara’s son) in a school so he can interact with others and have friends. Clara was scared that some fish would bully him, but she was sure that someone will help him and will be his friend. She was right, no one loved him, even his teacher was saying ‘’YOU SHOULD GO TO A REHAB, YOUR PLACE IS NOT HERE’’

A few days later, a cute little fish came to school, her name was Sarah. She was a really good fish, she dealt with everyone equally, even with Frank. After she heard from Frank that they bully him, she tried to convince the gang that they should treat him in a better way. John ( the leader of the gang) said in a mockery way ‘’first he’s sick and dumb, second, mind your business because you don’t know anything. She replied angrily‘’ God will punish you, I’ll go to the teacher maybe he will get convinced. You fish don’t listen nor want to do something good you only want to do the bad thing.’’ Sarah went to the teacher and said the same thing as she said to the group. He laughed in a high pitched sound and said ‘’I don’t need advice from a dumbo, he’s paralysed and deserves this way of treatment.’’ The next day, John broke his fin; and the whole school came to see what happened. The gang remembered what Sarah said and went to apologise. John was very sad about what he did and went to apologise. Frank said ‘’ we should deal with handicapped people in a better way because they have feelings like any other person. If we dealt with them in a better way, they’ll be happier.
