A Visit to the Forest of Dean

     Have you ever saw a deer from a really close distance that you can even touch it? I think that this is a strange situation. Today I would share with you my experience in the Forest of Dean!

First, we entered inside the forest it was full of tall trees, small bushes and unharmful animals. So, for the ones who don’t know what is the dean forest, it is a forest which is located in the United Kingdom (England/ the western part of Gloucestershire). We went to the Puzzlewood, it is an interesting place which is a maze full of trees and mosses that covers the rocks. Also, we saw a lot of mushrooms. My siblings and I were running from my dad and we were running from him, that was so funny.

Second, we were running and heard a strange sound from the bushes. We were scared, but dad told us to be calm. Then, he told me to go check what is there, that was a nightmare because I was super scared. I was shivering and searching what was that sound, then I discovered that this sound was from two little squirrels; they were so cute! We also saw a deer and I touched it! There was also a pine marten, a lot of birds, and rabbits.

Later, we ate hotdogs, they were so delicious! We so a lot of people from different nationalities. When night came, we were crying because we didn’t want to return back home.
